Because Tenerife is such a small Island, and has so many different places to eat, the importance of getting a visitors first visit right cannot be stressed enough. With the amount of review sites springing up on the internet, if you as much as get one thing wrong, not only will they then tell their friends, but chances are pretty good that they will also give negative comments about your restaurant on the internet too.

Conversely, impress people every visit, with great service, and nice food, and they’ll also tell their friends and post on the internet, but it will actually lead to new visits and repeat customers.

This is even more important for residents of the Island.

So, in short, don’t ignore your visitors!
